Description
Throughout the piece the musical language is a modal one, the idea of contrasts being pursued at the level of all musical parameters: the moments in which a rhythmic section is manifested are followed by sections in which timbre or the melodic factor is predominant.
Clavirgus was dedicated to Sylvie Altenburger and Walter Ifrim, members of the AVENTURE Ensemble. The first audition took place on June 18, 2018 at CIMRO MUSIC DAYS in Bucharest, performed by Mihai Pintenaru and Tamara Dica.
