Four dances from "The Town Musicians of Bremen" is a captivating collection of four dances, taken from the Dutch children’s operetta De Bremer Stadsmuzikanten, composed by Zoran Rosendahl with a libretto by renowned Dutch actor and writer Frank Groothof.
This delightful work, brimming with charm and narrative vibrancy, has been specially composed for Vienna’s cultural center, Frau Mayer, located in the 1st district.
The piece received its world premiere by the accomplished Duo Tzigane, consisting out of violinist
Eva Luca and pianist Keiko Kamada. Infused with the operetta’s lively characters and enchanting story, Vier Tänze bridges classical Viennese operetta tradition with storytelling.
