Description
An exploration of the boundary between musical parameters that dissolve into a flow of harmonies and colors, where individual elements merge seamlessly.
The piece is founded on the “crossed hands” technique, creating a rapid whirlwind of isochronous notes. By layering different harmonic series, the listener experiences a piano rich in resonance, producing a sound both dense and well-defined.
The metric division of the rapid sections is structured so that, while the smallest rhythmic value is distinctly perceptible, the overall sense of time remains suspended.
This final consideration echoes the concept of aiòn as described by Plato: a time eternal, without beginning or end.
