Theme and variations work combining the violin, clarinet in Bb, and piano. 7 variations with the theme starting on different pitches: B, A, G, F, E, D, C, with the last two being a combined variation, and all of the variations end in D minor. Very structured as each variation has an even number of measures: 12, 12, 20, 28, 28, 18 & 18, totaling 136 measures. 5 minutes duration. Fanciful, sometimes zany-sounding, and fun.
