Work introduction
While Antonio Pelaez's film Cuando las Cosas Suceden (2005) called for a wide range of musical moods; from action to romantic, from exciting to meditative, it was the emotional music for its family drama scenes that was at the core of the story that was being told. I created this piano theme for such scenes. A year later I developed this an other romantic musical moments from the film to create my Fantasía Concertante for piano and orchestra.
