What is necessary to perform this work?
The two snare drums should be placed to the left and right of the orchestra.
If only four percussionists are available, 1 or 2 instruments should be omitted from bar 306 onwards.
You will need 5 whirly tubes (played by Trumpet 1, Flute 1, Horn 1, Snare Drum right and Snare Drum left)
