The Story of a Dancing Coral is a tripartite piece, each part having a well-defined character, despite some musical ideas that are crossing the entire work. The dominant element of the first part is represented by a stubborn melodic structure, which establishes a stable pulsation. The second part leaves the linear temporality that defines the space of existence of the previous part, having a meditative character. The last part is dominated by dancing structures, favored by asymmetrical measures with accentuated rhythmic patterns.
