Tweet for solo flute was composed in 2012, especially for flautist Iwona Glinka, who also gave the premiere of this work. The composition incorporates bird-like sounds that expand into lyrical melodic passages. With constantly shifting tonal centres, this composition defies any particular tonality, while displaying elaborate virtuosity elements.
