Work introduction
This three-movement piece was composed as a part of a mixed-media project inspired by the hungarian revolution and the political events of 1848-49. It varies a theme from Franz Liszt's Historical Portraits No. 1 (R. 112).
The piece won the 1st prize at the Miami International GuitART Festival's Composition Competition in Miami, Florida, 2021.
