Description
Veni Creator Spiritus was commissioned by the Pro Musica Girls’ Choir of Nyíregyháza and their conductor Dénes Szabó in 2021. The present work is a mixed choir version of that work. Written to the text of a medieval hymn, the piece exudes a distinctly medieval atmosphere due to the opening pseudo-gregorian melody and its later harmonisation.
The difficulty of the work is medium, recommended for advanced amateur women's choirs.
