Work introduction
The dark blue color is tried to be suggested by using the low register of the bass clarinet and of marimba alike. The timbre differences determined by the change of registers, together with the use of unconventional instrumental technique, indicate that the color will become one of the important parameters of the work, in accordance with the title. The contrasting sections, in which the rhythmic activity will be intensified, will enhance the static sections of the work.
