Work introduction
A non-tonal highly chromatic brief work. The pitch collection is derived from one of Olivier Messiaen's "Modes of Limited Transposition." (Hence the highly chromatic harmonic language) The piece is energetic and fun to perform. I wrote this piece in one day.
